1. What 24sellbuy is

24sellbuy is a place where customers and dealers post items for sale and talk to buyers. 24sellbuy is not the buyer or seller of the items. The deal, the item's condition and the payment for it are between the buyer and the seller.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give true details.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens from your account.
• Dealer accounts are checked by 24sellbuy before they can list items.

3. Posting ads and listings

• Post only items you own or are allowed to sell, with true photos, price and details.
• Don't post illegal, stolen, fake, dangerous or offensive items, or the same item many times.
• 24sellbuy may check, refuse, edit or remove any ad, offer or banner, and limit how many free ads you can post.

4. Offers, banners and paid features

• Plans, packages, Sale Banners, Boli fees and other paid features are shown with their price before you pay. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
• Offer prices and banners show only after 24sellbuy approves them. An offer must be a real discount on the current price.
• If 24sellbuy refuses a paid banner, the money is refunded. Other refunds are decided case by case, as shown in the app.
• Every refund (including Boli fees and refused banners) is the amount paid minus the payment gateway fee (about 2% + GST), because Razorpay does not return its fee. For example, ₹69 paid → about ₹67.37 back. Refunds reach your account in 5–7 working days.

5. Chats and safety

• Be polite. No spam, threats or abuse. You can block and report anyone.
• Meet in a safe public place, check the item before paying, and never pay in advance to someone you don't know.

6. Suspending accounts

24sellbuy may hide ads, stop someone from posting, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms other users, with or without notice.

7. Liability

24sellbuy is provided "as is". We try to keep it working and safe, but we are not responsible for items, deals, payments or meetings between users, or for losses that come from them, as far as the law allows.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
