Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email address, city, and a password (stored only in protected, hashed form). Dealers also give their business name and address.
• Google login: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and a Google account ID with us. We do not get your Google password, contacts or other Google data.
• Ads and listings: titles, descriptions, prices, photos, location (city) and other details you post.
• Messages: chat messages, photos and offers you send to other users inside 24sellbuy.
• Payments: when you buy a plan, package, banner or Boli fee, payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and IDs, not your card, UPI or bank details.
• Activity: listings you view, save or call about, searches you save, reports you send, and basic device information (app version, a random device ID, language) used for login security and notifications.

2. How we use it

• To run 24sellbuy: create your account, show your ads, connect buyers and sellers, and process payments and refunds.
• To send notifications you asked for (messages, approvals, offers, alerts). You can switch most of them off in the app.
• To keep 24sellbuy safe: check ads, offers and banners before they go live, act on reports, block fraud and misuse.
• To improve the service and fix problems.

3. What other people can see

Your ads and listings are public. Buyers see a seller's name and city. A customer's phone number is shown only if they choose to show it on their ad; a dealer's business details and phone are shown on their listings. When you open or call about a dealer's listing while logged in, that dealer can see your name, phone and city as an enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run 24sellbuy, for these purposes only:

• Hosting and database providers (to store the service and its data)
• Cloudinary (to store photos)
• Razorpay (to take payments and send refunds)
• Email and push notification providers (to deliver messages and alerts)
• Google (only for "Continue with Google" and security checks)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect users from fraud or harm.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and ads while your account is open. Records of payments, reports and removed ads may be kept longer where needed for safety, accounting or legal reasons.

6. Your choices

• Edit your profile, ads and notification settings any time.
• Delete your ads, and block or report other users.
• Ask us to delete your account or get a copy of your data by writing to us from Help & Support.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, logins can be ended on all devices, and we use secure connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, so please keep your password private and never pay anyone in advance outside 24sellbuy.

8. Children

24sellbuy is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced in the app.
